Zo kunnen deze vergroot, verkleind, opgedeeld of samengevoegd worden, kan de alignment worden aangepast en kan een partitie worden gekopieerd, wat handig is als er bijvoorbeeld van een harde schijf naar een ssd gemigreerd wordt. Met dit programma kunnen partities worden aangepast.
