Fia's provisioning for the Loop also included supplies of the more illicit variety. Despite there being no money or other legal tender on Blackreef, Fia seemed interested in maintaining a form of artificial scarcity and exclusivity of supplies, for example by restricting access to the island's Delivery Booths. She had full control of the supplies which were transported to the island, meaning that those she was supplying were sometimes forced to beg to receive the supplies that they needed to do their jobs. Her background in shipping and love of the artistic led her to become the AEON Program's chief provisioner and chief visual director, respectively.
